Turkish Glass Manufacturer
Sheet glass is made from quartz sand, soda ash, dolomite and various impurities. The products of factories are in demand in construction, mechanical engineering, furniture production, commercial and medical equipment, household appliances. Industry statistics show an annual production growth of around 15%. A new promising area of the glass industry is called industrial processing, which includes the manufacture of double-glazed windows, tempering and reinforcing glass, and the production of triplex. Glass factories sell finished products of the following types: sheet, tempered, frosted, colored, patterned, reinforced, multilayer, fireproof glass, as well as double-glazed windows and glass blocks.
Turkey is a global leader in glass production and the biggest exporter of flat glass to Europe.
We are ready to supply high quality glass complied with CE standards and respecting all customer’s requirements. Provided types are as following:
In fact, this is ordinary sheet glass. The whole secret is what they do with it afterwards. Elements of the required shape are cut out of glass strips with a thickness of at least 4 mm, and then placed in an oven, where they are heated to a temperature of 650-680°C. Then the hot shit is blown with air for rapid cooling. As a result of the temperature difference, mechanical stresses sharply increase and remain after cooling. The resulting material, just called "tempered glass", has a number of interesting properties that make it an unique building material.
Insulated Glass
Provides thermal insulation and energy efficiency. Does not affect the penetration of natural light and the transparency.
It is a glass unit formed by combining dry air suitable or heavy gases such as Argon Krypton and Xenon under factory conditions between two or more glasses. An air or gas space is created between the glass plate by using an intermediate spacer bars with dehumidifying material. Glass plates and spacer bars are combined using insulation material (polyurethane, silicone, etc.)
Tempered Curved Glass
Tempered glass is made fully mechanized in a special furnace without the use of any molds. After heating to a plastic state, the glass blank is automatically moved to a special section of the furnace, where it is given the required shape by means of special rollers. The radius of the half-cylinder is set in computer mode. Curved tempered glass acquires all the properties of safety glass.

Bent Glass
It is produced by giving a heat of 700 ° C to the glass and getting the shape of the metal mould.
Bending is a processing method that consists in bending sheet glass. The process is carried out under the influence of high temperatures, the sheet bends under its own weight or under pressure, after formation the glass is tempered.
Currently, two technologies for the production of curved (bent) glass are used in production.
Usage areas: Glass Sinks, Buffets, Glass Displays and Furniture Industry.

Polished Glass
Polished glass is a modern material, high-quality and functional, with a number of interesting features. It differs from ordinary glass by its impeccable shiny surface and excellent optical characteristics.
VERTICAL POLISHING
At our Vertical Grinding line, we can polish different angled shaped glasses.
HORIZANTAL POLISHING
Horizontal polishing line is used to polish two parallel glass edges at the same time at high quality. It provides high quality production by preventing scratches and fractures that may occur on the glass.
Usage areas: Glass Doors, Shower Cabins, Balustrades, Furniture and Decorative applications.

Drilled Glass
Our company in Turkey offers its customers all types of glass machining services - cutting, spraying, polishing and, of course, high-quality drilling, which requires precise calculation and the use of special tools. Based on many years of experience, working on professional machines, we offer reasonable prices, guarantee accurate and even holes in different types of glass while maintaining all the strength properties of products.
Our vertical CNC drilling line can automatically drill 6 different sizes at once and performs fast and high precision drilling. With countersunk and standard hole options, we can offer perfect production quality in sensitive works.
Usage areas: spider facade systems, glass doors, shower cabinets, railing, furniture and decorative applications.

Painted Glass
Enamelled glass is tempered high-strength glass with a heat-treated ceramide-based paint (enamel) coating applied to one of the surfaces, which gives strength to the glass and fixes the enamel on its surface. The colors and shades of glass painted in this way can be very diverse, and the enamel fused into the surface of the glass, after the tempering process, becomes one with the glass. During the manufacturing process, the thickness of the enamel coating can vary, which makes it possible to produce both directly colored glass and to obtain the effect of etched glass. Painted glass is used for exterior and interior cladding of buildings and belongs to the class of safety glass.
Ceramic printed glass is produced by applying various colours of enamel paint on colourless or coloured float glass and afterwards tempering. Any pattern can be painted on glass by either roll printing or serigraphy printing method.
Usage areas: wall covering, shower enclosure, door and interior partition glass, spandrel facade glass.

Glass Cutting
Glass is a hard but brittle material, so cutting and engraving requires tools made from special, high-quality metals. In the process of performing work, is generated a huge amount of fine dust, which pollutes the equipment. In addition, such a quality as transparency is very important for this material. Especially difficult is the fixing of large sheets of glass, and therefore the use of a vacuum clamping system is more preferable. Thus, the use of outdated models of milling machines is impractical.

Modern Technology
The widest possibilities for milling and making engravings on glass are opened by CNC laser machines. The essence of the operation of such equipment is the impact on the workpiece with a powerful energy beam. The removed material simply evaporates, and the product acquires new surfaces and edges. The procedure does not cause noise, does not generate waste - everything takes place in strict accordance with the specified program. In this case, there is no need to somehow fix the workpiece on the desktop of the machine.
At maximum power, the laser can cut the workpiece and change its shape. But if the intensity is weakened, the beam will leave a neat and clear mark on the surface of the part, which can be used to engrave a pattern of any complexity. Line thickness can be adjusted. Focusing accuracy is so high that the operator can achieve incredible image clarity. The engraving can be so thin that the smallest details up to one square element will be distinguishable on it with the naked eye. With the help of a CNC machine, you can apply any patterns.
This technology allows us to produce huge batches of products of the same high quality in the shortest possible time. If necessary, the sketch is changed very easily and quickly, with the help of simple (for a specialist) actions on a computerized control panel.
