Extra Virgin Olive Oil

   Natural extra virgin olive oil is a product that you can use in your hot meals and in all other areas due to its high phenol values.

   Virgin olive oil which has a free acidity, expressed as oleic acid, of not more than 0.8 grams per 100 grams, and the other characteristics of which correspond to those fixed for this category in the IOC standard.

   This olive oil has a maximum content of 0.8% oleic acid. This is the most valuable and lightest of natural oils. It has a slightly fruity taste and other positive properties. It is perfect for raw consumption in salads and table, but if it suits your mouth taste, it is okay to cook with natural oils or even fry.

Virgin Olive Oil

   Virgin olive oil which has a free acidity, expressed as oleic acid, of not more than 2 grams per 100 grams and the other characteristics of which correspond to those fixed for this category in the IOC standard.

 

Cold Pressing Olive Oil

   Turkey's largest cold-pressed olive oil mill in Gemlik region is an aromatic flavor with olive oil obtained from olives.

   The stone press cold pressed olive oil produced by crushing and dry press method in stone mills takes its place on the shelves by being bottled or filled in cans without human touch.

Cold pressed olive oil is packaged separately as 500 ml, 750 ml, 1 lt, 2 lt, 3 lt, and 5 lt.

   Gemlik black olives with high oil content are obtained by crushing in stone mills and by cold press with 320 bar pressure and dry press method.

   Cold pressed olive oil is olive oil with an acidity of 0.4 - 0.8, obtained from the olives of the Gemlik region and can be used in any area (breakfast, salads, appetizers, hot dishes) with an aromatic flavor. The oil obtained by cold pressing method is the right choice for those who are looking for real stone pressed olive oil.

Riviera Olive Oil

   This type of olive oil is a blend created by mixing 60-85% refined olive oil and 15-40% natural olive oil. The unique taste and smell of natural olive oil is combined with the lightness of refined olive oil, resulting in a lighter oil. Acid rate is less than 1%. It is suitable for use in meals and especially for frying.
