COMPOUNDS

The range of solid and liquid polishing compounds produced in our plant, are presented in accordance with their specifications. The types are very various, in order to meet the special and different requirements for both manual and automatic use.

We use high quality abrasives like high-grade aluminum oxide; corundum etc. They are all supplied from well-known and reliable manufacturers, that are maintaining a continuous high quality Standard. Our wide range of products has been designed for the stainless steel, ferrous and non-ferrous metals polishing in general.

Compounds for stainless steel and other hard metals :

Cutting Compound – It’s a solid, mild and abrasive polishing paste used for removing the scratches on metal’s surface and to prepare it for polishing.

Polishing Compound – It’s a solid, mild and painting compound used for metals With its abrasive properties, removes scratches and guarantees brilliant glow on your working pieces. In addition to that, it removes the scratches.

Liquid Polishing Compound - It’s a liquid, little greasy compound developed for the finishing of stainless steel surfaces. It guarantees low dust residue, easy cleaning and a perfect shining finish on your items.

Liquid Cutting Compound - It’s a, a bit greasy compound perfect for pre-polishing stainless steel surfaces, cookware and so. It is used for removing the scratches on metal’s items and to prepare them for polishing.

Compounds for aluminum and other soft metals:

Cutting Compound - It is a solid, little greasy and long lasting fine compound, perfect for the pre-polishing of non-ferrous metals. It generates a soft gloss on an almost flawless surface.

Polishing Compound - It is a solid, a bit greasy universal compound for painting of brass and non-ferrous metals. High performance polishing minerals generate a very fine glow on your surfaces.

Liquid Polishing Compound - It is a liquid, universal compound created especially for the painting of aluminum. It provides low dust residue, easy cleaning and a perfect shining finishing on your items.

Liquid Cutting Compound - It is a fine liquid compound designed for pre-polishing in general aluminum surfaces. It’s used for removing the scratches on metal’s surface and preparing for mirror polishing. It assures low dust residue, easy cleaning and creates a perfect surface in a short time.

BUFFS

We supply also buffs, which include: Sisal Buffs and Cotton Buffs

We produce a wide range of buffs with various design and purpose of use, that meet any surface finishing need. Production is made with most modern machinery and technology. Our buffs are manufactured from pure cotton and sisal. Material is the most important aspect that assures its functionality. That’s why we use best materials. Sisal fiber is a natural product of vegetable origin. Length of fibers depends on the country of origin.

We use only long African fibers, which provide extended coverage. We use only 100% cotton cloth. The selection of appropriate fabrics, permits to meet almost all demands, from hard to soft. We manufacture a full line of untreated, mill treated and dip treated buffs.

 

Sisal Buffs

Disc Sisal Buffs - The sisal cloth is cut at a a 45-degree angle to the periphery of construction so holds the threads securely together. This results extended use, easier and cleaner working process. Also the hardiness depends on the type of impregnation treatment and the stitching distance.

Cotton Buffs

Pleated Cotton Buffs - Pleated Cotton Buffs are universal and regularly made. This types of buffs are ideal for processing heavy shaped items. The flexible folding gives improved buff coverage of any shape. We have different materials, in dependence of your preferences.

Corrugated Cotton Buffs - Corrugated Cotton Buffs are usually wave-shaped. So they provide self-cooling of operation. Because of thick and very aggressive folds, they are very common in the cookware industry. Alternatively, the buffs may be spirally sewn.

Ventilated Cotton Buffs - Ventilated Cotton Buffs are folded irregular, working on low temperatures. The rigid construction allows high pressure and faster cutting speeds. The resulting buff has a wrinkled surface. This enhances the structural integrity minimizing fraying and raveling.

Mini Ventilated Cotton Buffs - this buff has same properties with Ventilated Cotton Buffs. Due to its small size, is used generally in Cutlery Industry.

OTHER PRODUCTS

Tallow - It helps the hard buffs to soften and to absorb the polishing compound during the process of polishing.

Adapter – It’s a metal tool which provides the adaptation of buffs to machine shafts by polishing.

Aluminum oxide (Alumina): It’s a raw powder that guarantee the necessary breakdown of the powder. It has %100 alpha phase.
